And most of our problems are relationship problems: problems with friends (do I have enough friends, are they meaningful friendships), problems with a significant other, problems because I don’t have a significant other, problems with a family member, problems with people at work, or problems with how I relate to myself (I’m not good enough, I don’t look good enough, I’m not smart enough, I’m not ….)
